Off to Nepal and Everest
Heading off to Nepal this evening for about three weeks away to hike up to Everest Base Camp.
Have about two weeks of hiking in the Himalayans and nearing end the making my way to around 5500m.
Looks like it is starting to warm up there now, the weather forecast now has a day in it with the High hitting zero.

Looking at my bag, have a little much packed, depending on the weather outlook, think will be leaving some stuff in Kathmandu. Although do get porters for the hiking, so don’t need to carry everything myself. Possibly just as well considering the air will be getting thin once over 3500m…
Am considering that maybe next time will go up to K2 Base Camp. K2 doesn’t get climbed as much, so would be quite different…
